They let me use a $1 subscription for 3 days then it’s like $10 a week. I signed up for the 3 day subscription and THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL IT. You have to email them, which they don’t respond and it just keeps coming out every week.Chloeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.1147

Downloaded the app to help me with college Statistics 1. The tutors got numerous answers wrong, they still take coins for incorrect answer and in order to get the correct answer, you would have to pay again. Also if your math problem has multiple steps it appears that they charge per step instead of charging one coin for the entire question. I would have numerous coins taken for one math problem.
There’s also the chance that “they need 24hrs to answer you question.” Like I have that time. If I’m doing a timed assignment, I’m not getting the answers in time!!
Then when I was charged WEEKLY for my subscription, I tried getting a refund for all of the charges made on my account. No number to speak to anyone only email. Then I was told “I’m sorry, you could cancel your subscription in order to prevent future charges.” Yea, but what about the money you ALREADY took.
Long story short, got lots of answers wrong and was charged for it. Thanks.Show lessBreonBooker

This app is a scam. They tried to charge me $74, but my bank rejected it because it appeared fraudulent. It was. I never signed up for an account. Also, when I tried to contact customer service, the representative said that I needed to take a survey in order to cancel my subscription (you know, the subscription that I never wanted). Ridiculous. Why do I need to take a survey to delete an account? Also, when I clicked on the survey, the website wouldn’t even let me take it anyway, which I believe is also part of the scam. And, finally, to make matters worse, I asked the app for an answer to a single Calculus problem, and the app got the problem wrong. This app is absolutely fraudulent.Show lessEdwiniv4

Really? I demanded cancellation of my trial the SAME DAY I signed up for it because I was unable to use the app on the trial period and couldn’t pull up the chat on the website to see the solved problem, and you guys did NOT cancel it but instead just tried to pull $74 from my account TWICE two days AFTER I demanded a cancellation! Why was this not cancelled? I am glad I put a block on your company to keep you from withdrawing that money. That is not okay. That is very deceptive and shady practice.
