  • Doesn't seem to work

Seems to not be working in latest macOS versions
  • It always needs a refresh to set the quality to 720p

Is there a bug? If I open a new page, it is 360p but if I refresh, it will change it to 720P
  • Seriously?

This is the Pulldown on Safari. Why would anyone want Spyware on their Compurter?

  • Sorry

It’s a 2 star I was thinking it would work but to my surprise nothing happened so please fix this and maybe I will consider redownloading it.
  • Works sometimes

Sometimes it works and other times videos still default to 360p and require changing the quality manually.
  • Almost Perfect

Extension is almost perfect however there is a feature I think that would really change the game. The idea is to allow per YouTube channel (producer) volume adjustment whereas if the user changes the volume of audio for a particular channel to save and restore that setting across all videos on that channel. The fact is audio volume is wildly different between channels but consistent within a particular channel. For example Joe's channel is always loud and Sarah's channel is always quiet.

  • Does not work

Does not work. Waste of time.
  • Works like a charm

I’ve been looking for such an app for a long time!
I use it on my IPhone 11 (16.0.2) and I didn’t have any issues with it. All videos start in HD quality once you open a page, no more manual tweaking needed! Finally!!

Thank you for developing and publishing it here!

Note: keep in mind that you should enable this extension in safari settings and allow access to YouTube domains before using it.
I believe a step by step instruction (possibly with screenshots) would help people that haven’t done it before.
