They advertise $0 fees for US stocks but its really $2.00. Lies.

Not for serious Traders

Don’t be sucked in to the small fee. In my opinion the app is lacking basic features. It might suit a casual trader with less than 5k. I was initially interested because they accept bpay compared to other brokers however since I have being trying to 200,000 and being continuously mucked around by technical support trying to increase my withdraw limit to 100k.

As I said if you are micro investing or have small balance then use but any serious trader should avoid.

Needs work

Okay, where do we start with this app. The plus is with this app a when you forwarded funds into the account they are transferred within 10 seconds. Very quick, very accurate. The issue I have with superheroes is that the graph an amount of money that the shares are at are not accurate. But the major issue with this app is lack of customer service. There’s no one to ring no one to message and if you do find a link to message no one answers. So if something goes wrong, you may lose the lot.

Could be good platform but needs more attention

I have been trying to deposit money in to the platform. Their account comes up as invalid bank account, even tried from different banks. Don’t know what’s really wrong, are they actually trying to get business or what ? It’s a shame that no other options for depositing money only bank transfers. No poli or credit cards etc. probably a way better option than Sharesies but they gotta get it sorted. I have been trying to reach the customer service as well very slow response through emails.

Everyone either does not know what investing is, or loves this app

This is one of the best apps i have ever used in terms of investing. The layout is simple and extremely easy to understand. The developers are great, constantly adding new features. However, there is improvements that can br made.

1. Adding more technical charts (not too big of an issue)
2. Making charts more interactive (adding percentages between two hours etc.)
3. Adding more fundamentals in the app (not just P/E) (check stake)
4. Maybe have a news section for the ASX and US market to differentiate yourselves from other brokerages

A decent trading app for casual investing

Can’t go wrong with superhero. The buying and selling process is simple and works without issue.
Come tax time, the reports are very easy to obtain and understand.
Moving money in and out of the platform is smooth and reliable.
I’m looking forward to this platforms future.

It keeps getting better

Easy to use and navigate. Great for unsophisticated and time poor investor (not trader) and happy for it to be in this way. Every tweak gets the app a bit more user friendly and intuitive.

Only wish - I know it is hard - the FX fees seems on par with the peers but too high still otherwise will be use it more for international shares.

Amazing!

Superhero is amazing. I’ve tried all the other apps and nothing and I mean nothing beats it. Features are a amazing. Instant deposit, I don’t have to wait 2-3 days to see my deposit. Keeps me update with any news. If you’re interested in the world of trading this app is the best for you, beginners and experts. Very User Friendly.

Fairly easy

Look, as a green investor, and very new to using aps like this, I’d have to say its pretty staright forward. Some more information on what certain aspects mean would help but the thing that drives me absolutely nuts is the fact that as you scroll through potential investments its constantly crashing and resets the scren to the start.
