Normally love it, but no customer service if you have an issue!
This hasn't worked for me in almost two months, it says my bank account lost connection, but if I click that or my account or anything other then "help", the page just circles and doesn't let me do anything. I contacted them on feb 13, through email, messenger, and I have left numerous comments on their social media. I have tried different browsers, devices and the app, nothing works. I’ve been using the site since the beginning, to have no response at all from customer service from multiple sources, makes me wonder how safe this is with my bank account information normally linked.Developer Response

The app itself is amazing! The only thing I really have a problem with is the customer service. I had emailed them back on February 1st and only heard from them once (asking what email was used with my account). I responded as soon as I saw it (which took a bit tbh, and after my second attempt of getting ahold of them), and am still waiting for a response sadly. I know it may take a bit with how many people are using the app and may need help, but this is the longest I have had to wait for any help :/Developer Response

The idea and the service is good, however, the app is not. The app itself is about three stars, it runs like a mobile website instead of an app over half the buttons don’t actually do anything when tapped and logging in is clunky and doesn’t work with Face ID you have to type in your email and password manually each time there’s not even any auto fill.Developer Response
