This hasn't worked for me in almost two months, it says my bank account lost connection, but if I click that or my account or anything other then "help", the page just circles and doesn't let me do anything. I contacted them on feb 13, through email, messenger, and I have left numerous comments on their social media. I have tried different browsers, devices and the app, nothing works. I’ve been using the site since the beginning, to have no response at all from customer service from multiple sources, makes me wonder how safe this is with my bank account information normally linked.
