  • Normally love it, but no customer service if you have an issue!

    This hasn't worked for me in almost two months, it says my bank account lost connection, but if I click that or my account or anything other then "help", the page just circles and doesn't let me do anything. I contacted them on feb 13, through email, messenger, and I have left numerous comments on their social media. I have tried different browsers, devices and the app, nothing works. I’ve been using the site since the beginning, to have no response at all from customer service from multiple sources, makes me wonder how safe this is with my bank account information normally linked.

  • Not a bad app!

    The app itself is amazing! The only thing I really have a problem with is the customer service. I had emailed them back on February 1st and only heard from them once (asking what email was used with my account). I responded as soon as I saw it (which took a bit tbh, and after my second attempt of getting ahold of them), and am still waiting for a response sadly. I know it may take a bit with how many people are using the app and may need help, but this is the longest I have had to wait for any help :/

  • Ideal and service is good, app is not.

    The idea and the service is good, however, the app is not. The app itself is about three stars, it runs like a mobile website instead of an app over half the buttons don’t actually do anything when tapped and logging in is clunky and doesn’t work with Face ID you have to type in your email and password manually each time there’s not even any auto fill.

  • Emails finally stopped

    I’ve been using SaverLife for about a year after being introduced to it through my work. It’s a nice incentive to encourage us to try to save more. At first I had an issue with incessant emails but after a few months and contacting support and reviewing here, they finally stopped. Even though I don’t win often, a surprise of winning once or twice is a nice surprise for doing something I should be doing anyway.

  • Can’t stop the e-mails

    I like the SaverLife program as a whole, but I can’t stop irrelevant emails. I won two rewards six and seven months ago, which I have already collected. Everyday since then, I get emails EVERYDAY at 0900 EST notifying me of my winnings and reminding me to collect them. EVERY SINGLE DAY. I’ve reached out to support and they said there is no way to unsubscribe from them. The only way to stop them is to block the email or send them to spam, but then I’d be missing out on legitimate emails. I was assured that they were actively addressing the issue by Danielle in the Customer Experience Team, but that was a month ago so I have little faith that it will ever stop.

  • Obnoxious login process

    I really want to like this app, as the web version of SaverLife has been relatively smooth and pleasant - and it would be nice to have a similar experience on my phone. BUT every time I open the app it makes me re-login, including going through an obnoxious captcha that inevitably “times out” on my first attempt (despite getting through the captcha in <30 seconds, usually), so then I have to login again, and do another captcha… which usually works on the second try. In other words, just to get into my account to read the article of the day and earn 15 points takes me MORE time to login (>2 min) then I spend reading the article (usually ~1 min)…

    It’s very frustrating and just seems so unnecessary - like all of this security is really important to prevent somebody from hacking into a random website turned app on my phone…

  • Yikes!

    All these fake reviews, oh my. I rated 5 stars anyway but I’m assuming the fake reviews are because the app is super new and doesn’t have much feedback yet. I’m looking forward to trying the app, though!

  • Can’t connect bank account

    I was super excited to use this, I really need to start saving and have a better spending habit. I’m getting super annoyed because when I downloaded the app and signed up online for an account t they asked me to connect my bank account through plaid. I did and the page said continue on to the website to finish connecting, when I did it just brought me back to connect my account again, this happend about 20 times for the last half hour and I was getting emails saying I shared my bank info with plaid like 20 times! There’s also no customer service that can assist me! Can someone please help me connect my account before I delete this app? It’s literally just bringing me back in circles. I’ll give a 5 star when I can connect my bank account

  • Love the app.

    I have been a part of the SaverLife website for a few years now. This program teaches about financial education and has so many great tools and benefits, even for the small business owner. A must to share with all ages and all financial situations.

  • Can’t log in

    Every time I try to login, it won’t let me it says to verify your phone number and then when I try to verify my phone number it says I’ve already verified my phone number. It’s hard to get into this app. It’s a good idea but I am unable to get into it. I’m going to have to delete it off my phone and wished it worked but for me it didn’t. Thank you.
