Would be nice if it worked
On my iPhone 12 Pro, the app gets stuck in an endless login loop (yes, with the correct login and password). Even when I could occasionally get into the app, the calendar function didn’t work, so I couldn’t update my plan. I really wish you guys would fix this thing.
Love the program hate the app
I love Sakara but the app is awful. It’s hit or miss whether it will save my changes and sometimes certain items won’t load or take forever to do so. Despite the app I will continue to order Sakara but I’d be so appreciative if it could work better because I see how helpful it has the potential to be.

Literally doesn't work
It quite literally will not except login credentials. It just flips back to the login screen.
App Hard to Use
The program is good but the app is impossible to use. It’s even harder to try and swap meal on their site. It’s challenging to see or select meals for the upcoming week or make clear changes to your plan. You never know if you’d made a change for that week or permanently.
Not authenticated
As of yesterday I keep getting this red bar and wording in the top of my app. It won’t let me check my calendar, manage my subscription, shop, etc. was working fine in past but between app issue and delivery issues, I’m slowly losing any and all interest in this company
Glitchy
Needs an update with fixes to the app continuously loading the shop tab. I am unable to view any products due to the issue. I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app, logged in and out but the issue persists.

I have downloaded the app multiple times and I continue to have the same issue. I enter in my email address and then as soon as I press submit for the password it kicks me out and brings me back to the original login screen to enter your email address. It won’t let me fully log onto the app no matter what I do

Very buggy
Sometimes it allows me to log in, sometimes it doesn’t — most times I have to use the web to access my account. Content & calendar are great if they would work consistently. Please work out the log in issues!

No Show + No Response
Bought a recurring subscription two weeks in advance, it never arrived. I wrote support for two days; concierge hasn’t responded for three+ days now. Uhm, where’s my order? I had planned weekly meals on this amid busy schedule, but SAKARA is unreliable. And for a “luxe” price tag? Yeesh.

It’s just ok. I get push notifications but can’t click on them to get more information.
