Very basic features require too many steps
How do you delete messages from your view? The fact I have to reach out for something so simple is not a good sign. The other huge annoying issue is the micro lag for the schedule to load.Hopeful Tech

Hey there - thanks for using our app! Parents can swipe left on a direct message threads to delete them from their message inbox. They can also long-press on a specific message they've written to delete it from a thread. Note, you can't delete All Team Chat or Staff Message threads. Staff members with the appropriate permissions can also delete specific messages from within a thread. We shipped some recent performance enhancements to improve page load times in our app and will continue to focus on performance moving forward. Our team is new to using this app this year and compared to other team sports apps. I really dislike it. You have to go through a lot of different screens to get to the chats or the calendars. There’s constantly notifications that something been updated and you have to click through a bunch of screens to get to where the updates are and select those so that you can remove the notification and it seems to notify for every little thing. So I’m constantly in there, trying to clear out the notifications. It doesn’t seem to offer any additional functionality that’s useful above and beyond a normal team app and it’s way more clunky to use.Show lessItsjustme8888
Glitchy slow
This is one of the worst team management apps I’ve used and I’ve used a lot. The messaging is glitchy, half of the time it won’t load content, it constantly resets/reloads. If you are looking for an app to manage your club or team I would recommend to look elsewhere. The app has a lot of potential if the problems can be fixed.Show lessdisney emoji pkayer

I was able to register my player so easily! A clear improvement from what we were using previously. Also, I love being able to communicate with all my coaches in one spot.DRuderman
Terrible App
The creators of this app clearly don’t have kids playing sports nor use it daily. This app has an incredibly unfriendly user experience, is disorganized, and feels like it was quickly put together as a money grab. I can name 3 or 4 other apps that blow this one away. In sports terms, this app is like a group of 1st graders trying to play against the other options/Dallas Cowboys.
I’m questioning the leadership of our club for making us use it. If you’re considering it, run as fast as you can the other way.Show lessedaw33
Team chat glitchy - freezes
If a link is shared in the team chat (to tourney details) and a user clicks the link but then comes back to chat, the app is freezes and you need to close out. Cannot scroll history without freezing.Reviewer7009

My son’s club converted from TeamSnap to Sprocket Sports, claiming the Sprocket app was “better” since you could also pay fees through the app. However, it appears the app charges a large fee just to facilitate the fee payment. $40 fee to be charged $2,650. Thank you for your comment. We understand that unexplained add-on fees can be very frustrating. Sprocket Sports charges its clubs a fee to use our software system and mobile app, as well as to process payments. Clubs can either absorb that fee as a business expense or pass it on to the customer. In your case, your club has opted to pass along to you the ACH bank processing fee on your purchase. Every time I go to messages or click the flag for a message sent, it goes to a message from weeks ago and I have to scroll allll the way to the bottom to get to the current message. Please fix!Lennym10

You’ve got to come up with a way to set the time and reset the time. And to adjust scores in the event of an errant tally. See teamsnap for how to do it right.77minister77

Thank you for this feedback! We're looking at enabling users to reset the game clock (in addition to pausing and resuming as they can today). You can adjust the scores in live games today by deleting a goal from the Game History at the bottom of the scorekeeper view.
