The Location sending GPS is highly inaccurate! Please fix asap.
Where are the notifications?
Kind of pointless if you can’t receive notifications from the app that you have received a message from your child.
Garbage. Can’t even set up an account
Doesn’t even get to the minimum standard required for a web app. How embarrassing.
Rubbish
This app is absolute rubbish. Not user friendly at all. And there is no troubleshooting page. The FAQ page does not answer anything. Do not buy!!
GPS is not working probably
Location is updating fast enough, plus is far off from the real location. The phone itself is not working properly either. I have Telstra SIM card for my phone and Pixbee, my iPhone is working at my home but Pixbee phone doesn’t working when my phone shows 2 bar signal. Very disappointed

The watch is mostly great - our 5 year old finds it easy to navigate and call us.
He is staying with his grandmother this week in her beach front apartment and the gps has him located about 400m out to sea, which had me a little concerned when I first turned it on!
Other than that it’s good - my recommendation to the developers is to improve the camera when possible, add in a few games, and add in options to increase contacts.

Disappointed
My son just bought this watch today and we have been trying all afternoon to pair with my phone. Unfortunately, the app keeps freezing. I cannot even get to the Home Screen to have a look at all of the features.
I will be really bummed if he has just wasted his money on a dud product.

Very buggy
Location occasionally shows somewhere waaay off, just long enough for me to start stressing before it updates to where it should be. Alerts seem to be for no reason. Classroom mode is buggy, works sometimes. Contact photos don’t work. Could be an excellent product if they fixed these issues.
App is hopeless
Brand new watch, but the app makes it feel like a bunch of junk. Contact/profile photos don’t work, it freezes, says the watch is in classroom mode when it isn’t, and the remote capture doesn’t work. Pretty pathetic really that they don’t fix these bugs.
Seems buggy
This app often freezes and doesn’t allow me to switch between children (two of mine have it). I can’t see a way to create a group of both children (to create group chats). The face of the app is permanently frozen- it won’t allow me to scroll down to see the number of steps they have done. I also don’t get any notifications about them leaving their geo fenced zones. I do sometimes get notifications but they are always empty. Hopefully there are updates coming soon!
