Alerts don’t work
If you are launching a kids smart watch surely you would make sure the app works.
Sending messages from phone to app like location took 4 hours to arrive, couldn’t get video calls to work and adding another parent to the account also had several hours delay.
Don’t waste your money on a Pixbee.

Good but not great
I want to love it. My daughter does! But the app needs work.
I get constant alerts that don't advise what they're for - so I'm constantly opening the app to see if she has sent anything.
But I also get endless messages telling me my daughter's watch is offline and 5 seconds later is online again. Maybe send an alert if it's offline for more than 30 seconds or a minute?
And the GPS isn't working, unless my daughter has relocated to Italy instead of school this morning.

Great except the Alert Page is Blank
So far this watch is doing everything I expect it to do and my 8 year old can use it easily. The one issue I have is an alert/ notification will pop up on my phone but when I go into the app and select alert, the alert page is blank. This is a worry as I have no idea what the alert is for. Also my child would like to personalize the Home Screen but is unable to

Good idea bad execution.
App cannot scroll on the front page, constant notifications when online or offline, steps do not update, cannot change from 24 hr time to 12 hr time for simplicity. Location data is off by a few houses.
Many issues but still debating if the monthly subscription by other watches would’ve been worth it.

Bugs everywhere
The UI looks less professional, functions are not performing when pair with the secondary cell phone. Steps are not syncing. Very disappointed
Garbage
This watch is the most un user friendly device and the touch screen is rubbish I would stay well clear . I purchased one from jbhifi for my sons 9th birthday and spent over an hour and a half on the phone with the manufacturer trying to get it working and even they could not get it going . Now I have to explain to my son how come his present does not work and try and find something else by the time I pick him up from school . These are very poor quality and I wouldn’t even give the a 1 out of 100.
