When I first came down sick, I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection, and they did prescribe a cough medicine and gave me other ideas to help me through my illness.
Then one week later, I became sick again and used the app and found out I had a sinus infection. I was then sent an anabiotic to send to My pharmacy of choice and also other recommendations to help with my sinus infection.
I prefer to use this app when I am sick. It eliminated me having to get out and go to the doctors when I didn’t feel well, as well as not having to pay a co-pay.
I will use it again the next time I become sick.
I am 100% satisfied!

Hey TayNicole248 - Thank you for making the time to rate us and provide your review. We really appreciate it. There is a Follow Up button available (at the bottom of your Treatment Plan) for 24 hours after the completion of a visit. After 24 hours you do have to start a new visit though.
