I downloaded the app and provided my email specifically to get the promised promotion.
When I tried to use the promotion, the app said I already had used it, which is not true. I did all of this (download app, sign up, try to redeem promo) within one hour, at the store location.
This is a software bug which creates a deceptive advertising situation.SimpleAsCouldBe

It was impossible to use my $10 off coupon. The app would not let me do it.I also try to do it online not in the app.. When I called the store they would not take any calls over the phone. So I don’t know how I’m supposed to use this $10 off. It does not provide a promo code to be typed in.discount not usable
