Every time I open the app I see the following message…”Oops, something went wrong. That should have worked but it didn’t. Try it again later.” This has been happening for some time now and I see it’s been about 11 months since the last update. What a waste of space on my phone.KawiG5

None of the plan info is actually in the app.
Title says it all. None of the plan information is stored in the app. Everything is just phone numbers or links to PDFs.Imagination to reality
Very limited functionality
I was surprised to find almost no useful information in the app. It’s mostly phone numbers and links to external sites. Such a letdown after Sequoia app our company used to have for years.another corp user in 2023
