Initially, they set up 5 powerful cashback positions for you to freely choose to add the brands you want. In order to unlock these five positions, I wrote a thousand-word guide and recommended it to my friends. When I finally added the brands I wanted to enhance the cashback, such as Airbnb, they changed everything overnight, without notice or choice.
My Amazon, Airbnb, and Home Depot were replaced with small consumer brands such as Tim Hortons that I don’t need at all. Obviously, the total purchase amount of the brands I originally added was larger, and they needed to pay more cash back and they don’t want to. After the rules were changed, the customer service did not reply to emails or messages at all.
I have to worry that one day the gift cards I bought will be taken back by them suddenly without notice and they will run away with the money, because this is a company without credibility.
