Bill Payment could be more faster

Bill Payment is really an useful function, but it takes too many days…I just paid my bill but it shows the government will receive my payment in 7 days….

Customer support is not responding

The gift cards are sometimes not able to load and the customer service is not responding emails.

False advertisement

Cash back shown is always better than it really is. They want you to subscribe to their credit scheme to get the advertised rates, on top of agreeing to a completely blank page for their “credit account agreement”.

Give your users the option to hide everything related to your private credit lending program. I bet 99% of us don’t care or want to owe your company money, we just want cash back on gift card plain and simple.
