Snaplii cares :)
Spoke to VANESSA LYU on July 17, 2024 and when I asked for a manager, she said she was. Really? Then your employees should manage you because you have the WORST customer service ever and you deserve to be demoted. Let your employees teach you some customer service skills…. Anyway, Snaplii will send you texts, emails, etc to get you to buy their products. But when you qualify for any coupons/referral bonus, they suddenly go silent. When I told Vanessa that they should be notifying their customers, she rudely told me that it’s “up to you to know” and said they don’t send notifications for that. With people like Vanessa around, this company will most likely fall like others such as UGO and Moola. Bad managers. I was going to recommend them to my friends and family, but I’m gonna pass. Be careful of suspect companies like this and trust the one-star reviews.
