Needs update/improvements
The app STILL doesn’t allow me to send messages! How are we supposed to communicate with vendors/operators?! The app is supposed to make ordering food more convenient for consumers, but it’s missing the key component of a means to communicate using the app.
No issues with drivers, and most times, they’re good with calling me and informing me if there’s an issue with my order. My last order just the other day had one item unavailable—that’s the fault of the vendor…they should’ve informed of the items unavailability. My issue now is that I was told the operator would be refunding me for that item, but I haven’t received it yet. Also, I’m trying to contact them to remind them to refund me and I CAN’T SEND THE MESSAGE THROUGH THE APP TO EITHER THE OPERATOR OR UNO-GO SUPPORT CHAT!!!! What is that?!! Last update for the app says it was 9 mos ago…seriously need to make improvements!!!
