Needs update/improvements
**Update Review**
The app STILL doesn’t allow me to send messages! How are we supposed to communicate with vendors/operators?! The app is supposed to make ordering food more convenient for consumers, but it’s missing the key component of a means to communicate using the app.
No issues with drivers, and most times, they’re good with calling me and informing me if there’s an issue with my order. My last order just the other day had one item unavailable—that’s the fault of the vendor…they should’ve informed of the items unavailability. My issue now is that I was told the operator would be refunding me for that item, but I haven’t received it yet. Also, I’m trying to contact them to remind them to refund me and I CAN’T SEND THE MESSAGE THROUGH THE APP TO EITHER THE OPERATOR OR UNO-GO SUPPORT CHAT!!!! What is that?!! Last update for the app says it was 9 mos ago…seriously need to make improvements!!!

I can’t even create an account to even see if the app is good or not. Not explanation on why not. Just admin saying I’m not authorized
Decreasing reliability
You can’t expect much from an island that doesn’t embrace technology, but this was a hope for modernization. This app has steadily gotten worse and is as good as the others now. The order you placed will not be the order you get, because it lists items that aren’t on the menu or items the restaurant doesn’t have. Not to mention that it’s missing items that the restaurant does have. Every time I ordered, two minutes later I would get a phone call about changing my order. I’ve had too many of my orders refunded due to the app providing misinformation. The amount of time wasted is too much. An hour after I start my orders, I’m given the option to either change it or refund it. Features and functions are slowly diminishing. Don’t waste your time and just go get what you want, because it’s faster.
