App Freezes
Sounded good. Attractive rates. Then registration impossible. Freezes on submit screen and then I speak to CS. They send me a link to reset password. Then have to add the same info I have already added twice. And same thing happens. Typical.
Nomo made things very simple
I opened my account just 2 weeks ago and everything was easy. The best thing is that my account in Kuwait is with Boubyan bank. So opening an account, transferring money from Kuwait to London and transferring between uk banks is easy, fast and secure. More to come with in the coming weeks and months. The one thing I didn’t like and hope they can change it is investing duration. The profit for fixed term deposits every 3 months, the monthly profit would so great and beneficial for customers.
