What a joke
When you pay your money it starts No1 when overseas and have a accident halfway through your holiday trip a deal will not help you from the time you have the accident in any way you are on your own No2 when you finally get home to Australia they will not return any of your calls no matter how hard you try to get information from them No3 your experience will be horrendous and your hard earned holiday is a nightmareShow lessDamaged and broken

Trying to set up account. Receive the email with the verification number and add it. Also have to add a new password so do that. Only to receive a invalid email address message. Stupid app. Delete delete.Jancraw
Login issues
Like many other reviews, I can not login. It keeps taking me back to the login page each time I enter my details. This means I can’t see any of my upcoming trips which is unsettling.lanay101

Poor user experience
Won’t accept an iCloud email address even though the website will. If by some chance you get in, it is slooooow. A totally useless experience. The developers of this app really need to start from scratch and rebuildiBuddha42
Login Issues
I have been using this app for a while now and always seem to have issues logging in.
As per other reports when logging in it keeps just taking me back to the Login page. I even tried resetting my password so have now deleted the App!Michele Elword

App log in won’t work
Can you please look at the App login? I cannot log in, I can on the computer and laptop but not via the App. It’s keeps sitting in the email and password screen.

Company seems ok but app is useless
Like other reviewers, I can’t log in via the app, which is a bit unsettling given we have just paid thousands for a holiday. Thankfully I can see everything is there when I log in through the website. But why offer an app that doesn’t work or causes confusion? Either support the app or get rid of it.Show lessYanLing82
