Love that I’m able to monitor my credit score and credit file for free. Also able to place a credit file ban across bureaus to protect my credit file. Would recommend this app!

Fantastic app in uncertain times
I was lucky enough to have this app before there was a huge data breech in Optus, and when I heard the news I instantly put savvy shield on to stop me having my details leaked. I can not endorse this app more, it’s so invaluable when we are having so many cyber attacks with all sorts of companies

Helped me buy an apartment
Needed to improve my financial situation. Credit Savvy was so helpful in doing that. I received regular updates on my score via email & visually saw my score go from low to very high. I was then able to purchase an apartment. It now keeps me on track to stay in very high. I’m notified when anything affects my score, good or bad. Also easy to navigate site. Highly recommend.

Saved me from credit fraud
I’ve had this app since the data breaches a few years back. I recently was made aware through the app that a credit enquiry had been fraudulently made in my name. Long story short - my ID had been stolen and used to apply for a number of lines of credit. I never would have known about it if not for this app - thank you. Would be 5 stars if there was a way to lift the ban with all 3 reporting agencies when I need to but I get that they are 3rd parties and have their own processes (and this is all to protect us).

This app works
The app is fine and does what it is supposed to. It’s an app for the iPhone so it doesn’t work so well on the iPad but looks good on the iPhone.
More importantly Credit Savvy has made it easy for me to get my credit score and lock down my credit to keep my accounts safe.

Not so easy to remove a ban
With all the recent data breaches I followed advice and put a temporary credit report ban in place. I needed to remove the ban and had to contact all three credit providers individually which then took between 1 to 12 days for the credit report to be active. Perhaps the developer could work on this as the customer experience is terrible!

Very happy
I haven’t had an issue with App. I have turned it on and off when needed for accessing my credit report. I sleep much better at night, knowing I’m protected, as best can be, from identity theft.
