Ban removal process is opaque and misleading
The ban they put in place also extends to third parties, each of which require their own ban removal process (detailed unintuitive forms) which take 2-5 days to process.
The worst is that you won’t know this until your creditor is calling you saying they still can’t access your credit. The credit removal confirmation that Credit Savvy provides contains NO information about the third parties. I had to call them to learn about this.
The creditor I used was a mainstream company (IAG) so it is not like the third parties are for obscure credit checks.

Unable to login via the App
Yet when I login directly via the website, rather than the app, it takes me straight in!
I just want to be able to use credit shield, but you can only do that via the app.
Tried exiting and reloading the app so many times over the past two weeks, but still no luck.
Please fix this issue!

my email address is locked
Email address is not recognised 48 hrs later and no unlock, I tried ti set up with new email and still having problems. How the heck to do contact someone to unsubscribe so can start again. Looked to be a good thing but technology and personal contact lacking.

Clunky as hell
QR codes don't work on my iPad and trying to use alternatives to that was infuriating due to the nonexistent-keyboard issue, as was logging in again.
When trying to view my password to crosscheck it, the app assumes I want to change it and I cannot see it.
As for the actual credit score etc, I cannot say if it’s accurate, or comment on anything else, but the app needs to be fixed for ease of use.
My iPad is fully updated on software so it isn't that causing these problems.
