Amazing App, Only on iPhone
This app is amazing but a web or Mac version would make everything so much easier.
Perfect for getting my life together! Just missing a few things…
This app is perfect for organizing a lot of chaotic parts in life and I have been loving it! Honestly it has been so refreshing to have all the information in one place and keep me on track. Totally recommend the plus version … if you are on the fence try the seven day free trail!
Honestly the only thing it’s missing is getting it comparable to IPad and Mac. The current version for IPad and Mac makes it small instead of filling up the whole screen. Hopefully that is coming soon!

Thanks so much for the review! So happy to hear Maple is having a positive impact on you! And yes... Maple for multiple surfaces is in the works. Hang tight 🙂
So easy!
I’m so glad I found this app! I’ve added in loads of my own and saved recipes & can easily select them to make a meal plan, plan what I need to buy ingredients wise & it’s shared with my partner who can add in some stuff too which is great. Also love the chores list!
loving it so far!
paid for the upgraded version for my partner & i to use in our household. i love the app, it’s sleek & easy to navigate + very customizable. i will definitely be using this for the foreseeable future!! and i highly recommend this over other household management apps i’ve tried
app could use a couple small fixes. on my iphone 13 with the most recent IOS, there is a slight delay when i tap on things to make changes. it’ll also pause for a moment before opening the menu i need access to.
i would also love the option to customize text size inside the calendar. i love being able to see the whole month view but calendar items get hidden. so being able to scale down the calendar would be perfect. or having the option to display two weeks at a time on the calendar would also be nice.
but again, i am very very happy with the app. so thank you for making this available!! i look forward to using it more.

So appreciative of your kind review! Very happy to hear you are enjoying Maple and looking forward to sharing some really cools stuff in the coming months!
Downloaded and crashed on first time
The only real function I want from this is the calender so I can input my away from home dates as I am a freelancer that travels with work. I click a date and the app crashes telling me to download most up to date version. I head to app store and there is no update.
Incredible Idea & Huge Potential but not quite there
This app has the potential to be genuinely life changing, and it does make life and staying organised a whole lot easier already! It just feels a little clunky to use in places, and some functions particularly of to do lists could be smoother, like the ability to relocate an item to a different list, or if it auto remembered what category shopping list items had been assigned to (like Apple’s inbuilt reminders does). As others have said, it is very geared to a US audience in terms of grocery lists, and in general can be a bit clunky (some lag when typing, etc). But the overall idea is incredible, and with a bit more development could be amazing!

Best home organizing system I’ve found so far
I love this app but I would love it even more if when I clicked on an event on my calendar, it would link me to the correlating To Do list. This would make it easier for me to track my day from the calendar, hour by hour and stay on task instead of having to go back and find my lists. I would also love if I could drag and drop events in calendar mode to more easily rearrange my day if needed. Other than that, this app is perfect and I love the compartmentalization of all the different things I need to keep track of, it helps me to stay organized.

Has a lot of potential, but a few features could make it even better
I’m still getting my folders set up and figuring out how everything works. I think this has the potential to really help our family get more organized and reduce stress, but there are a few features missing that would greatly improve functionality:
- As far as I can tell it isn’t possible to duplicate events or set up a recurring event for specific dates rather than regular intervals. I had to individually set up each day when my child’s school will be closed, for example.
- I would love to have some way of connecting upcoming events with associated to-do lists, shopping lists, checklists, etc. For example, if I have an event scheduled for a day camp for my child, it would be useful to be able to connect a checklist for items he needs to bring, a shopping list for items we need to buy, a meal plan for lunches to pack, a to-do list to remind me to fill out and print required forms before the first day, etc.
- It would be helpful to be able to attach pictures to notes in events, checklist items, to-do list items, etc. I may want to share screenshots of order confirmations or QR codes if my husband is picking something up that I ordered. Attaching documents could also be very useful for sharing forms that need to be filled out for camp, school, and other activities.

Exactly what I’ve been looking for
I’m really impressed with this app. I use it every day and I couldn’t be without it now. It’s a family planner and much more; I am able keep track of everybody’s appointments and events etc, as well as to keep track of projects and to make lists. I love the folder system as it’s so flexible and you can tailor it to your specific needs. This flexibility is what is missing from many other similar apps, in the past I’ve had to use separate apps for calendar, shopping lists, projects but I am able to do everything I need to with Maple.
It is easy to navigate, simple to use, and looks lovely - no intrusive adverts or anything like that. I especially like the chat feature on specific folders and the ability to add users so that the whole family can know what’s going on.
Only a couple of criticisms; occasionally when I open the app the bottom menu doesn’t appear so I have to close and open the app again. This is not a huge problem of course. I do find when adding images to notes they are a bit slow to load in so it feels a bit clunky when doing this. I also would find it handy, when adding an event directly from the calendar view, to be able to add the event to a ‘new’ folder while creating the event. Instead of first needing to create a folder and then go to the calendar, add an event and select the folder from the list. This is because a few times I’ve started creating an event and forgotten to create a new folder first, so then ended up having to go back to make a new folder first then go back to the calendar and create the event again.
Overall I highly recommend this app! I couldn’t be without it.

Life changing app
Maple is a life-changing app that will completely overturn how you run your household (for good!). This app has made it so much easier to organise the simple (but frustrating) little life-tasks we have. Our personal favourites to use are Maple’s awesome features such as meal planning, household chores and calendar events to keep things in order in the house.
We’ve never had a centralised platform that can do all these things (and more) and it has just become a daily support tool for us.
Maple also continues to improve and develop their app - with their newest feature (what actually drove me to write this review) *recipe box* - allowing me to consolidate all my online recipes in the 1 place, quickly pull all ingredients into 1 shopping list - which has just been AMAZING.
The only inconvenience so far is not having a web page (I know, defeats the purpose of an ‘app’) - but I have been informed of its release in 2024 (Can’t wait!). We are big computer users and being able to use Maple on our PCs will make an enormous difference - so fingers crossed this launches!
Again, thank you Maple for such a marvellous app - surprised there aren’t more reviews, but I hope this one encourages people to download it :) they sure are missing out.
Thank you!
