No customer service support. Don’t close your account if they don’t have a feature that you want, and expect to rejoin them when they get it. If it’s it’s not an easy fix, they chuck in it the too hard basket. When I first joined DOSH there was limited functionality so I closed my account. The support team have made it clear they don’t want to work with their customers to get to a resolution.Show lessDeveloper Response
Hi there, we do only permit one account per customer. If you close your account and would like to get another one we are happy to help as long as we understand the reasoning for this. Note, this is not possible within a 30 day window. Security is super important at dosh and these regulations are in place to ensure our customers and their money are kept safe. Having trouble to getting my card because of my name. Email to them and they have been respond to me very fast and everything was sorted. Great customer service I would say!Developer Response

Won’t run on 2 devices I had to delete off one of my phones. Would like my bank acc pre saved for easier deposit. I have to enter details each time which is difficult with medical (functional) issues, also I would like to Personalise the main account on app change name and colour but won’t allow that. Update: I’m not sure how saving myself as a payee gets money quickly ‘from’ my bank account to my dosh account? could you pls explain that to me? UPDATE 2 : defeated whole purpose of app by introducing a fee to use windcave (instant payments) instant payments are the appeal along with 1% cashback that now is pointless as there is a fee negating the cashback potential. I will be spending my money and cutting card after that. (Had to lower the stars unfortunately) UPDATE: first transfer dosh to bank account it’s been almost 24 hours no sign of my money dish app says in progress!. The whole point is the fast payments it has not lived up to what is advertised and I don’t know if I’m going to get my money ? UPDATE 3 deleted after it was turned black. Makes my eyes go funny and I just don’t like black can’t have that on my phone. I do pick banks whose colours are consistent with my style because it affects how you feel when you look at it. Hi there, thanks so much for taking the time to post a review. We appreciate the 4 stars! Dosh is available to you on your primary mobile device for security reasons. You will receive the verification code to this phone number before you can log in, so that we know it is you. This is to keep your account and your money safe. Top tip for adding money to your Dosh account via bank transfer: set up and save Dosh as a payee in your online banking platform, that way you can quickly enter the amount and send it without having to repeatedly enter your details. It makes things quick and easy. Thirdly, your Everyday account is blue so you can easily recognise and access it as your main Dosh account. All the other accounts can be personalised with colours and emojis to suit. Dosh to bank account transfers are processed daily at 7am. If you transfer before this time your money will be in your bank account by midday (we rely on standard bank processing times for this).
