  • Simply Amazing!!

    I started out doing an 8 week program with Bree and have since started her continuation program. I absolutely love all the resources she has available to help guide me in my health and fitness journey! Whether it’s meditation, mindfulness exercises, fitness workouts, or a good chat with the other women in the app, I always feel so thankful that I found her programs!!

  • Body by Bree

    Um I needed a change I have been doing CrossFit for about 6 years it was getting a bit too predictable. I signed up for Body by Bree and life changing mentally and physically.. challenging workouts and easy to use app was nice. I would recommend any of Body by Brew products ♥️
  • Best Program!

    I have always struggled with staying consistent with tracking macros and having effective workouts. Bree’s training makes it so easy to stay on track! The daily checklist and doing mediations has helped me so much. Getting your mind right plays a huge part in staying motivated towards your goals. Bree has you focus on your “why” and writing down my whys has been a constant reminder to me on why I can do hard things! I’m excited to finish my program and see what my body is capable of!

  • Game changer

    I have loved this program. The app is so easily worked with. All the macros and exercises are all loaded into the app including podcast links and YouTube links from her program. It’s incredibly easy way to work with while doing the program. I LOVE the program and use it every day. You can also add your measurements to it, too.

  • This program is life-changing!

    When I first started Bree’s 8-week program I had no idea what to do at the gym! I was a cardio junkie who was only comfortable in a group fitness class. Bree’s workouts were so easy to follow with videos showing me exactly what I needed to do! After the first week I was hooked, and it was Bree and her workouts that helped me to not only find the confidence I needed to workout in the gym, but also helped me fall in love with lifting weights! I also learned and developed a new and healthy relationship with food by following her meal plans and my set macro count! I never knew I could eat so much food and lose weight all while feeling like I was fueling my body and giving it the energy it needed to thrive as a mother! Bree has taught me that health and fitness is so much more than our bodies looking a certain way…it’s about taking care of our bodies to FEEL a certain way. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

  • Next level fitness app!

    Body by Bree makes exercises so easy whether you are at home or the gym. She has a video that explains how to do every workout if you’re starting from scratch and feel intimidated. She’s incredible. She’s also extremely informative and educational in all of the challenges. Seriously the easiest to use and best fitness app I’ve tried!

  • Incredible Customized Program

    This program changes your life physically and emotionally. This program taught me control, patience, better habits, how to take time for myself, and allowed me to make changes that meant something in my life. BodyByBree is different from other programs and the team truly cares about you succeeding!
  • THEE BEST!

    Hands down the best fitness/health program/app around! I’ve used other and it’s confusing or hard to navigate what needs to be done for the day but not Body By Brees! Everyday is laid out for you to make is easy on the days time is limited. She has so much educational information stored in it so you never feel hopeless when you have a question or need to finds something. Body By Bree has legit changed my health so much & im forever thankful!
