Most recent update
Most recent update made what was an ok to bad app, horrible.
No customer support at all?
My SB20 cannot connect to this app. I’ve had a service ticket open for two months without a response. Calls go straight to voicemail.
Working great with Stages SB20 bike
I only use this app for controlling my Stages SB20 smart bike. For the better part of a year this app was complete crap for that purpose - refusing to connect to bike, crashing, etc. But they’ve ironed out the problems now and for the past few months it’s been rock solid and works better than ever with the SB20.

Dumbest app
Here are the issues:
1. It’ll sometimes cap the distance at 6 or 7 miles because you pressed the lap/stage button on the bike console.
2. If you try to connect to a power meter in a spin class with lots of bikes, the list is long and when you’re trying to add the new sensor, the list won’t let you scroll down and pick the sensor you want. It jumps back up before you select the right one.
3. It has connecttion issues with Stage studio bikes

Works better
Updates seem to be fixing bugs slowly but surely.
Dual power meter R8000 - Disappointed
Disappointed
The power measure seems accurate and consistent but other metrics feel woefully inaccurate. The distance and speed seem to very much to overestimate and on the app the cadence is very erratic.
Fortunately the data generated in Cyclemeter is correct. I would now only use this as an app to connect the Dual LR power meter to my phone app and not to use for training purposes. That is a shame as it had promise but is a let down.
Any suggestions welcome.

Rubbish
I want my money back I have had enough of the whole set up. The power meters eat batteries and consistently don’t connect to the app. My recommendation don’t buy a stages bike as it’s wholly unreliable - considering contacting the store I bought it from and asking for my money back. Rubbish
Nice!
Very powerful and customizable screen is extremely bright. Battery life seems good flexible use of connections to heart rate monitors, lights, power meters, etc.. it’s a nice package overall and it mounts nicely in front of drop bars or horizontally on a long enough stem. Pretty nice!
Not great
Nearly impossible to figure out jot it works. Wastes your time until you figure it out. If that ever happens…too many apps, too many websites, too many passwords….none of which easily connect to equipment. Wish it were better. It’s not.
