Payment errors on subscriptions
I can’t manage nor cancel the subscription. The app is so simple so could be a bug-free, but not in this case. The worst experience with support team ever.Mishasurf
Great operation
What a proper company, turn up plugged in. Clicked on the app, started charge. Got full charging capability if the car. One of my charges the touchscreen failed and wouldn’t disconnect. Called the company, answered within 2 rings disconnected remotely. Super helpful! Impressed!AndrewID3

Payment and authorisation
I have charged twice today and twice had to go through the payment and authorisation. It remains to be seen what is on my bank statement because it would appear that I’ve been pre-authorised twice for each charging session so that’s two charging sessions and four authorisations. That’s not what I really paid for, hence one star.Show lessJah rule 2

Does not accept US credit cards; on Swedish Cards, it repeatedly says wrong input: they need a lot of improvement but customer service thinks always the customer is wrongNilsArneK

Technical issues
When open the app at the map it doesn’t display available stations you need to learn a lot from Tesla I’m force to use a different network due to the fact you can show your available charges unbelievableForexking95
Do not depend on this app or charging pods
App crashes when trying to pay, causing your car to be locked into the charging point until it stops crashing. The camera button to scan QR codes just doesn’t appear 90% of the time you load the app, so you’re just standing there like a muppet trying to refresh the app over and over to pay and begin the charging process. Not impressed
Couldn’t get the app to accept any info without freezing. Chargers very strangely arranged so some bays have two leads and others none. (Cobham services M25). Out of service chargers have no info until connected then tell you. Luckily there are Gridserve chargers at these services, which are so much easier to operate, so went there.Show lessMike662x
