This is ridiculous
I invited my younger cousin with my referral link. Since she is younger I gave her my other email address to use. I then noticed I received 0 reward points. Because of this I emailed the support team and was helped by “Brian” he said that since my email that I was emailing him on was similar to the email she signed up with it is flagged as one person creating multiple accounts. He also stated how the name in the profile was nothing like the one in the email. I thought this was absurd!! For one, this app is getting more people by this. 2, why should he be questioning the difference between the email address and the name in the profile? Before this whole situation I had also emailed again about 2 of my friends using the referral link but once again I got 0 points! For one of them he gave me the points but for the 2nd he said that the account was signed up with the email address I was emailing him on so I am not allowed to receive any points! I think this is astonishing. He did assure me that the reward system is working but I do not believe it one bit!! I will no longer be telling people good things about this app!!Show lessMetruel

We are sorry for your experience. As discussed in our support emails with you, your account was flagged for suspicious activity due to creating a number of similarly named accounts called "backup" which made our system think you were creating duplicate accounts to take advantage of our referral reward system. As you know, we did still provide you all of your points and you redeemed them for your rewards.Amazing app!!! 🔥🔥🔥

don’t log out; when you try to sign back in, after entering your number and password; it asks you to “create a username”?! then when you type in your already registered username it says “username taken”?! and you never get back in. even tried deleting the app, reinstalled it, and same circle of prompts that won’t let you get past “username taken”!Show lessTimcup
