Not working
States that I am offline and no materials available for me. Wifi connection is solid. Needs an update for this bug.
Terrible
The amount of glitches in this app is unprecedented. And over the past 3 years, nothing has improved.

If there are specific issues you are facing we'd love to hear about them at expand@monroeinstitute.org - we try to resolve all bugs that face our users in a timely manner - there are no known serious issues right now, so again, if something is interrupting your experience please let us know.
Constructive Criticism
I am disappointed in this app, I was hoping to like the free version enough to purchase and have access to even better meditations, but the free meditations are quite low quality and unenjoyable. Some of the free meditations don’t match the description, like “The Gift” should just be taken off the app entirely. It’s such a waste of time to think you’re getting something and you quite literally get nothing, like with that particular meditation, which describes water birds and does absolutely nothing else as it’s description says.
Overall I’m disappointed in the lack of quality, especially for The Monroe Institute.
Lastly, healing meditations should be free. The vast majority of theirs are not. When you think of this Universe and how love is what we aim to evolve into, forcing sick people to pay for every little thing to help increase their health since they are so desperate to heal, isn’t ethical. That doesn’t improve consciousness and evolution. There must be a balance and if there isn’t, it’s a red flag.

Re: Hidden Email
I saw another reviewer deleted the app when encountering this error. I understand their frustration because nowhere before creating an account does it warn about this. Basically, app gets a download and registration and THEN we are told to provide more information. Common scam as far as apps go. I also saw the support response about support etc. Maybe a fair compromise would be more communication with the user regarding problems with the Apple hidden email?
Fortunately I was able to c/p the same email and it let me through.

Excellent extension of the Gateway tapes.
I love this app. If you have not did your research on Robert Monroe and the Gateway tapes. It may help you in using this app. As a person who has done their research the app is awesome if you are looking for extended versions of the focus signals. The meditations made by the staff at the Monroe Institute are good too. Again I love this app.

Down load feature
I like the guided meditation but the down load feature seems to down load 3 minutes of the 30 minute past life regression sometimes it works ok sometimes I get short meditations very unreliable.
App not working
Although app says Good Morning etc., I’ve only got the free version, but renewed for a year July 1. My group has vanished along with all messages. This seems to follow yesterday’s Bug fix.
Logging in
I opened my app and I was logged out. I logged back in and my membership is not working. I fixed this by logging in through email and password. I couldn’t use log in with Apple. I do love this app. I use it daily.

This sounds like you might have two accounts - as long as the email is the same on your apple account and your normal user account, and you aren't using hide my email, your accounts should connect fine - if you have different emails or use hidemyemail, it is possible that apple just creates a second account as we can't identify that you already have one.
Not working
Purchased payed membership on April 25 2024. Used a few days then stopped. Today (June 15 2024) logged in and not able to used payed content. Tells me to buy premium subscription AGAIN!!! Useless and no customer support anywhere to find in the app to contact about this issue!
No longer locked out.
After update, I was logged out. I emailed the address listed on the contact us page on the Monroe Institute website. I received a response within a few hours with easy to follow directions for reinstating my subscription.
