Voices
Excellent technology however most of the voices used for the guided meditations are not relaxing for meditation . Just because they are officers of n the organization does not justly using their voices . I would highly recommend this to my patients if you used professional meditative voices that are calming and use hypnotic inductions . Also eliminate negative words from the grammar. The voices and words should be soft , melodic , and calming vs harsh , sharp and abrupt . This has been mentioned by many others in the comments.

This is not like the Gateway Experience
I came across the Gateway Experience in the early 2000’s and it changed the way I look at life. When I saw the Monroe Institute put this out I was excited to check it out but unfortunately it’s nothing like the gateway experience. They’re good tapes but it’s not the mental training I was looking for that the Gateway Experience provides.

Blank screen on iPad after paying
Signed up and paid through my Apple account and my iPad screen went blank white colour. Works on my iPhone but not my iPad. Thoughts?
Locked out of my account
First off I love this app, but I have been locked out for the majority of this round of subscriptions. It says I have a subscription but someone else is using the receipt. I have tried deleting it and reinstalling. I have tried repurchasing it. I’m not sure what to do and the app doesn’t have any mechanism to contact them. If any one reads this please unlock my app and restart the clock on my year subscription.

Always saying ‘offline’
Have paid for the subscription and yet it consistently says the app is offline. I have to close and open it about ten times to fix the bug. Given that I can’t download the music, this is quite annoying! The rest of it is good.
bad update
The update to fix the bugs has made the app crash repeatedly on all of my devices,not just one. I really liked this app but I had to delete it. I tried to add it back but as soon as I open it,the app closes itself. Tried to click on the support button but it takes me to a page you cant talk to. I will miss you. Stop fixing what wasnt broken.

Please I need help to pay with any of my payment methods. Apple says is not a problem about them. Same thing was answered by PayPal. It seems that Expand doesn’t accept payments from my country. I wrote an email to you guys and I didn’t get any answer.

Over the years I narrowed does my use to 5 or 6 tracks on a regular basis, to good effects.
With this app and its ability to custom design your own sessions, I’ve been encouraged to explore more.
This technology complements my Buddhist practice quite well, to get in touch with Inner Peace, calm the chattering mind, connect with repressed feelings…. Highly recommended for anyone on a Spiritual Path.
