New app doesn’t work
The old 24/7 app was great always worked fine but this new update has completely broken the app, it won’t accept Apple Pay and won’t let me add a card to the wallet for quicker payment, very annoying as 24/7 are a great company just a shame it’s not easy to book anymore

Prebookings Entirely Broken
Since the new update, the prebooking feature has entirely broken. The booking says it goes through and says it’s been accepted, but a car will not be sent to you. The controller will not see a booking for you (as I’ve confirmed by phone call twice). Despite this, a hold will still be placed on your card.
This has happened two days in a row. Unfortunately, this error means I’ll need to find a different service as this isn’t reliable enough to use as transportation to/from work.

Terrible App - wants to reconfirm its you constantly
This App needs constant re-authentication on a weekly / bi weekly basis - just when you need to order a last minute cab. They must lose so much business as I immediately go to an alternative cab company app, until I have time to set it all up yet again!!! The only advantage and the reason I keep going through this pointless pain is they are cheaper than the other firms.

Late Arrival times
They are often late even when you pre-book. The drivers are nice but arrival time could be improved.
Don’t pre-book a 7 seater
I’ve been using 24-7 for years without any issues. Drivers are always nice and app works well. Low stars due to bad handling of a recent booking. I was let down last minute due to previous customer in the 7 seater changing their mind about their journey, which meant my pre-booked journey was cancelled at very short notice, with no alternative offered. The guy on the phone couldn’t have cared less “there’s nothing I can physically do”. Physically, no, but a little customer service would have helped!

You can pre book a taxi a day in advance for a specific time and they will still be 30 minutes late and not care atall so yeah this one is not it
Simple, quick & great service
After installing the app, it makes ordering a taxi to your location very easy and quick, giving regular updates on status etc. Overall service has been excellent.

Update the app because I need more than one pickup and it's only from and to, not via Thank You.
On Time and Professional
My driver was kind, courteous and extremely professional. He arrived slightly early and got me to my destination in good time. A very pleasant journey, as a disabled person it’s important that the driver is understanding and my driver definitely was.
