The sleep trainer helps parents to follow the timings suggested by Dr. Richard Ferber, so that your baby does not have to cry for longer than needed.
The very simple and intuitive app, will help you with the tips and tricks, preparation and FAQs you need to be aware of. The app also allows you to choose a milder method, which allows you to check in earlier than the times recommended by Dr. Ferber, as well as making up your own times.
