MentorMosaic

MentorMosaic is a comprehensive toolset to support mentoring initiatives. The app includes supports for both informal and formal mentoring. FOR INFORMAL MENTORING: MentorMosaic serves as matchmaking service that connects mentees with mentors within the private environment of a learning group or organization. Mentors can sign up, and identify their capabilities in a mentoring profile. Mentees can sign up, identify themes or topics on which they would like mentoring or coaching support, and use the app to find the best mentors within their organization or their learning group. When a mentee has picked one or more mentor possibilities, the app does the matching, and facilitates introductions and private text-based chat. FOR FORMAL MENTORING: MentorMosaic provides a rich set of tools to support the formulation of an effective enduring mentorship between a mentee and mentor. This includes supports for "getting to know each other", ability to create meeting agenda and take notes for actions after meetings, ability to collaborate on mentorship projects, and a key ability to evaluate the success of the mentorship that engages both mentor and mentee.
