Stay on the old app if you can!!!
This app is absolutely egregious. All I want to do is be able to adjust the time and settings on my almost $600 watch. There is no need for me to register for an account and provide location data to do that. This app despite being newer somehow offers LESS functionality than the older one. The interface looks like it was designed by a toddler. Unfortunately I already transferred my watch data so there is no going back, don’t make the same mistake I did.

Totally useless, shame on Casio team.
Disappointing
When l bought my BSA-B100 l was stoked with the watch and the BabyG App. I was forced to migrate to the newer Casio Watches App and now l have a more complicated App that won’t open if l don’t have access to a mobile or wifi connection (which is frequent for me). This results in lost information if l can’t sync the watch to my phone within a certain timeframe. Extremely disappointed in the layout and functionality of the Casio Watches App as it is no longer suits what l purchased it for.

Still No Strava sync.
Still unable to use the full functions of this watch when doing club rides and sporting events with friends and colleagues as still not Strava compatible. Other than that it’s a great timepiece, just sadly trailing behind my Wahoo Elemnt Rival which can track and upload to Strava. Come on Casio unlock the full potential of this watch and allow us to share our sporting efforts across platforms!

Average with good potential
Initially i had difficulty updating my watch but managed to get to the update button after reducing my font size. First tab should really be to “my page” or “my watch” but its a small inconvenience. Maybe future updates of software will allow us to choose. Functionally everything else works well as i expect.

Great but…
Needs integration with other apps like Health or Google fit as the Casio watches app design is poor. The main screen MUST be your data instead of shopping for new watches.

Absolute garbage
I’ve just transferred data from the shock app to the Casio watches app and I am so disappointed with what I was presented with. The old g shock app was far superior both functionally and aesthetically. Casio what the hell are you playing at? Have your app developments been handed to the care of a kindergarten class. Shame on you, you’re just another corporation jumping onto the data mining bandwagon with no regard to you customers 😞

Requires that you sign in and create a “Casio ID” just to pair your own watch, after forcing you to read through a privacy statement saying you’re going to send them all kinds of personal data that they have no right to ask for.
I just want to set the time on my new watch through Bluetooth, not turn my phone into a tracking device for Casio.
