Fantastic - a great addition
I’ve used Cynergy for about 9months now and I’m delighted that they finally have an app, doing everything through their website was tedious. Thanks for doing an app and coming into the 21st century!
Okay
Considering it’s still fairly new, I suppose it’s okay, but I’m constantly having to re-enter my 6-digit PIN if I haven’t used the app for a couple of weeks, which is really frustrating as I use facial recognition. None of my other banking apps are like this.
Most Useless App I have used
I have tried multiple times to register in the App and just get Internal Server Error. Spoke to support and deleted the app and reinstalled but still the same. I was told they would pass it on to the tech team who would get back to me within a week. 2 weeks later and I haven’t heard anything. Just tried again and still the same error. I don’t think I could trust this app even if they finally get it working.

Allows me to manage my accounts and make payments very easily. I love that I can customise notification preferences for specific things. A great app!

Absolutely a waste of time and scammers
Most probably the worse bank I have dealt with, opened my account back in June, seemed pretty good at first,2 months later my account just suddenly stopped working, blocked my card and the account with my money inside, it’s now been over a month still unable to use the account, I have called almost 4 times a week for the past months, and they just say we have passed this over blah blah blah the team will look into it. they don’t respond to emails, I have sent complaint emails messaged in the app messages, emailed all the email address I can find but still nothing. If I were you, highly double think before opening an account with these scammers. They have my money in the account and don’t respond at all, calling is issueless as they will put you on hold and pretend to be talking to someone about your query and only to say the same thing every time.
