Good but…
The app is generally good and serves its purpose, but the biometric login really needs to be fixed. What’s the point of having it when it forgets the face id and makes me enter my password again and re-enable biometric login literally every time? Please fix!
Poor performance
I’m not happy at all with this app. The information provided is so minimal, I wouldn’t dare use it to make financial decisions. There is no transaction information available so I can’t track whether my contributions posted. About all it might be good for is changing contribution levels assuming you would actually be able to login. Biometrics login fails no matter how many times I enable it. Login information saved in my browser also fails. I’m tired of password resets. This app definitely needs improvement.

app usability
both the app in the website are not user-friendly at all. They do this weird thing of combining all your accounts together in a ground total and make it impossible to see how your contributions are coming in.

I’m not sure why the app will suddenly change and not allow the Facial Login.
Insufficient info on mobile app
This app doesn’t show the graphical presentation of any period to monitor the movement of the fund which is bit a disappointment. I also use TSP (Thrift Saving Plans) and it’s fantastic as to displays. Very transparent.
Very basic
You can view very basic info on the app, but lacks many many functions. Good for checking balance, but otherwise fairly useless
So glitchy the app won’t even open
It takes 5-10 attempts to simply open the app much less sign in to my account. I wish the app had more tools for analysis and tracking. It seems to be a bare bones platform. Some of the features on the app seem to be unnecessary all together.
OneAmerica Financial works for me
I’ve been pleased with this app, and overall am happy with ObeAmerica Financial. The people I connect with there are always so helpful and caring.
Roth v Traditional
Nice quick access to balances and investments, but functionality is lacking and I cannot access the balance in Roth 401k and balance in Traditional 401k. It’s difficult on website and impossible on app.
Password reset
It’s a pain to have your password reset. It needs to be dimples even when calling customer service.
