Developer should be ashamed
The app will not load. I was very excited to be able to follow my sick family’s rehab. The company should not advertise something in its hospital that does not work.
Constant “No Internet Connection” Given
Not able to do anything as app gives constant message saying “no internet connection” when there is connection.
Completely useless
Not possible to even set up an account. Says there is no internet connection, but there is. Hopefully their caregivers are more competent than their app developers.
App does not work
App says no internet connection when we have full WiFi. Very disappointing app for key patient communications.
Won’t even load
Gives constant ‘no internet connection’ error as soon as the app is started - and everything else uses the internet connection just fine.

Bare Bones
Data in the app is so bare bones that it’s not useful
Horrendous
Buggy and oddly difficult to even register a patient proxy, let alone patient. Unacceptable for any periphery of the medical profession.
