the app is pretty good in general, but very buggy and slow and also i can’t see any bus stops anywhere else except for in the city i live which is inconvenient.
Latest update today
The latest update doesn’t work and freezes my phone. I have a monthly bus pass now i can’t use with 24 days left!
Confusing app could be great with improvements.
App generally ok but the ticket purchase experience doesn’t flow as one would expect.
When I purchase a ticket I normally want to go from departure to destination, whereas the app seems to want me to enter my destination and then ask to go there. The UI could be more intuitive.
Having sorted my route, I would like to be presented with a list of appropriate ticket options.
My journey today was from Ringwood to Salisbury return. What zones should I be in etc? I don’t really know so I had to resort to asking the driver and buying a ticket manually.
More work needs to be done on typical use cases and making the UI flow suitable
Could be a great app and really useful but requires quite a bit of work.
Also, I am confused by the relationship between “the key “ and morebus. This should be more obvious.

Update did what exactly?
Honestly gd app buut since the recen update its awful to use now idk if it just slow or buggy have to keep pressing location on journey planner WHY even update when it was fine before 😔

Lost my account and 30 days ticket
After last update I lost my account.
I can't log in and I don't even receive the password reset email, I have a 1 month ticket purchased and I had to pay an extra to use it after that to go to work. frustrating.

No redeem option available for unused ticket
I accidentally bought a 7 day ticket for another bus route and realised after activating it. And when i tried to redeem it there is no option and when looked up in google, there is no instruction for redeeming the ticket

Missing ticket options
So to buy a ticket on the x1/x2 you can’t use the app? Which zone? Not at all clear… X1 and X2 are not included

Oh my gosh this app is soooo great!!!! 100% should download it has saved me so many times when I missed the bus! There are loads of great features especially once you explore it! I have one suggestion but it is really ok without... could you set the app to tell you when your bus is 2-5 minutes away because one bus I catch is really tricky with time and because it isn’t always used I have to wait about half an hour so I sometimes miss it... this would be a great feature to add and thanks so much for reading this review! 😊
