This app hates me
I tried signing up and it just puts me into a loop of “we will send you an email to activate your account” and the email never arrives!!! This is so frustrating! I tried using another email and the same situation happens - id rather not get any rewards that this app will have than try to use this app any longer.

I have used the app for a while now, sometimes it takes a while for my free drink to show on the app but generally works well
Terrible at login
The stupid app would say that I would be sent an email that would link to my account but I never got that email I have tried this with signing in with 2 different emails
Must be fake
Doesn’t add any points. I’ve used this for about 15 drinks now and my account still shows zero points. Staff advised deleting/redownloading which didn’t work. No response to email asking for help. Pointless app.
App doesn’t work at all
I have purchased around 15 cups of bubble tea since I got the app. I have it scanned every time, and every time I am told the points will appear, but they never do. I have been told to log in and out, and even asked the staff at the store to raise it with head office. Nothing makes a difference. This app doesnt work.

Never works
Not sure if the app is working as it is intended to. Bought drinks a couple of times, never received any points. Other than that, haven’t really used the app much.
Terrible doesn’t record points
Four times I’ve scanned my loyalty card and have yet to receive a single point. Absolute joke.
