Rewards don’t update
I’ve bought lots of drinks from Bubbleology but my drinks tally doesn’t always go up or update. The app also froze when trying to top up my balance.
No reward :(
I downloaded the app only today, I went to have a bubble tea, scanned the app but no reward, and I can’t find customer service to solve the problem

This is my 4th tea in one week at the new Swindon branch and Iv not got any points ???
Waste of time
The app does not work, the points don’t get added so it’s useless. I contacted them over a month ago with this issue and they still haven’t sorted it out!
App won’t register drinks bought
I’ve downloaded the app twice and keep having the same issue every time I buy drinks they won’t show in my loyalty card. Deleted account and created a new one… same issue. I’m keeping the receipts and showing the supervisor I’ve bought them to get my free drink. Better off with old style paper loyalty card instead.

App doesn’t work properly
I recently downloaded the app. When I was at the shop and bought 2 drinks and the cashier employee scanned my loyalty card, they never appeared on my rewards and the employee told me I had to contact customer service. That’s the app does this from time to time. Very disappointed and waste of time and money. The reward system doesn’t register the drinks you purchased.

Best bubble tea app!
This app is great if you love bubbleology! I love this app and would defo recommend getting it although my points haven’t been counted. Which I will have to speak to them about.
