Fraud. It doesn’t work.
My wife purchased a Gotcha! Tag and registered it. When I try to scan it will not work. At all. I thought it may need some time to activate so I waited a week. It still won’t work. I thought that maybe the registration didn’t work so I created a new account and tried to register it, but it had already been registered. I now believe the company is a complete fraud.

Updating my review as I did get help although the app does still have its glitches I am hopeing its more so a back up option should anything happen not a main option! Still get a regular adress tag and clip the chip tag on if you are able to!

I bought EXPENSIVE collars for my cat and dog and the app won’t even scan the tag. Great idea but lousy implementation and doesn’t appear they are working on it. No customer service to resolve the issue either.

We purchased two collars and initially found that the app wasn’t working. However, after contacting the owner, they quickly communicated with their developer and resolved the issue immediately. We were impressed with the quick response and attentive customer service. It’s great to know that my furballs are now registered in the app, so if anyone finds them, they can scan the tags to access information about the cats and my contact details. Thank you, Max & Molly, for the prompt response and excellent support and please keep up the good work.
