Liking the app so far!
So far I can say I found the app and Chloe’s profile to be easy to set up and I like that you can add all kinds of info about them and see if they have been scanned. Haven’t had to use it to locate her yet, and praying I never do, but definitely feel an added sense of peace knowing this tracker and QR code is on her leash.

App isn’t opening?
I’m disappointed I can’t get the app to open. I get the orange screen and nothing more. So I can’t register my dog and now stuck.

$20 dollar loss
I was really hopeful when I saw this, a $20 flat fee for a QR Code that links to your information, like a flyer if your pet goes missing or lost. Not a tracker but a safety net, and the fact that I didn’t want it to access my camera but take a picture I prefer to be the image to show my pet was not an option. But now it made to were I can not longer have any image at all for my pet makes this a loss of investment for me.

I love the idea of QR codes! The app works just fine to me, no issues at all.

Doesn’t work
Can’t add my pet, none of the screens load. Garbage app.
Can’t even scan the tag
I got the tag for my cat who has started exploring outside on a leash or in an inclosed catio and paid for this to make sure it was included on his collar in case he ever got out and the app won’t even scan the code for me to register it. Waste of time and money
Great concept. Terrible execution.
I was really excited about this because most trackers are way too big for cats. The designs are also really cute and the collars are well-made. But I can’t even scan the QR code to enter their data! The in-app camera feature is so blurry that I have to hold my phone like eight inches away from her collar just to get the QR code in focus. By that point, it’s too small for the camera to capture it. Works fine on my phone camera but then takes me to a site that says I have to download the app. I already have the app! Why not open the app directly?

Tag won’t scan
I’ve tried everything to load the tag on the Max & Molly collar. It scans through to the verifying button. Then goes no further. I’ve been in contact and have had no response….
Excellent App with Seamless Registration and Powerful Features - July 27, 2024
I recently registered on the app on 27th July 2024, and I am thoroughly impressed. The registration process was incredibly easy and quick, it took me less than 2 minutes to input both my details and my cat’s details. The app’s functionality is very powerful and intuitive. After registration, I scanned the QR code on my cat’s collar, and the app immediately recognized it. I could see the information in the app’s locator tab right away. This feature is very well-thought-out and executed. I noticed some old negative reviews, but it seems the app has undergone significant improvements since then. I didn’t encounter any bugs on my iPhone Pro Max 14. Overall, I’m very happy with the app and its performance. Great job to the developers!

I FOUND MY LOST CAT!!!
This thing works I lost my cat and thought it was over until I remembered the gotcha pet id tag I was worried because it was just a QR scanner but then when I opened the app again I saw a pet location option it located him two doors down from my house he was in a big hole underneath the neighbouring staircase house I got so scared and finally heard him meowing I was able to mark him as missing and the app gave a green light warning that he's lost it then tracker where he was with the location!! He was far back beneath the stairs crying dirty and trying to dig!!! It was supposed to rain all day tomorrow he would have drowned in that hole or something!! This gotcha pet ID safer my life because that cat is my whole world!! He's my only family! I have no one else in my life. I would recommend this to anyone follow the instructions it works. My cat is 10 and getting older he's safe now and my tears are gone!!! Thank u gotcha pet!
