I was skeptical at first, but this app truly worked wonders and reunited me with my beloved cat!
After she went missing for three days, I searched everywhere without any luck.
Then, just two hours ago, I got a notification on my phone saying, "Lost Pet Scanned! Click to See the Location!"
I quickly clicked and discovered she was eight streets away!!
I jumped in the car, drove to the spot, and found her right where she was scanned.
She was hungry, thirsty, and a bit grumpy—like it was my fault for not finding her sooner!
But she's safe at home now, all thanks to this amazingly simple yet perfect app.

Very slow
The tag itself is super adorable and simple and not too heavy. HOWEVER the app is soo damn slow! It takes forever to load 🙄 please make it load faster and not crash then it would be perfect.

App doesn’t work
I have 2 max & molly collars - one was purchased a year ago, the other just 2 months ago. The app was working just fine for the last 14+ months I’d been using it, and worked just fine 2 months ago when I added the second collar. But for the past 2 days that I’ve been trying to get into it, my phone gets frozen on the app’s Home Screen. Can’t even get into the login page or anything. Have completely deleted and downloaded the app multiple times, happens every time I re-download. Have also tried restarting my phone, still doesn’t work. I have an iPhone 14 with no other issues. Not sure what happened with this app, but it DOES NOT WORK anymore. Buyer beware.

Just a money grab honestly
Only buy their collars for the design and not the QR code tag, the app doesn’t work. I’ve tried two collars on three devices and if you finally successfully scan the tag (it purposefully makes your camera quality worse in app) it’ll ask you to confirm the new tag and you can click confirm all you want and it doesn’t do anything. Fix your app or take your product out of stores, very disappointing.

Good idea but….
This app is incredibly slow for 2024 technology. It also won’t let you edit your email address which is unfortunate because I accidentally mistyped mine.

Dont buy collars
Purchase two collars and the app does not even work. Can’t even register on the app, let alone register the QR codes. Now I just have expensive collars…
