Can’t add new collar
I can scan the collar in my pets profile and it says it’s successful and then it just sits on the confirm screen and won’t go past it. When I check the collar it comes up as unregistered.
Please fix your app so that we can add new collars to our pets or stop selling your collars with this feature.

Works but rough
Couldn’t transfer QR code and scanning is horrible. Works and like the privacy but oof.

Can’t link tag to my pet. App just freezes on the confirm page. I e been trying to do this for six months and the app still isn’t fixed.
Poor execution
This is my favorite idea for a collar and the app is set up to be so easy to use and simple but it fails to actually work. For example, whenever my cat disposes of his collar (about once a month), I have to order a new one. There is a button at the bottom of his profile that allows me to scan the new tag but if it ever andvabces from the scanning stage, (which is not often), the “continue” button foes not work and the tag never saves. This means every month I have to delete and remake my pets entire profile in order to have the QR code on the new collar bring up his data.

Don’t bother
Locator showed my code in the water when it was in a park. The app constantly crashes and you have to reload your details. It stays stuck in loading mode. My puppy has serious health issues and can’t be fed anything but a special diet so if she ever got lost I wanted to alert who found her not to feed her but I wouldn’t trust this app as far as I can throw it

Stuck on splash screen
Trying to register my dogs collars. Stuck on the splash screen. App does not open. No alternative way to register the collars.

Just bought a Max & Molly collar, can’t even set up the smart ID because the Gotcha app doesn’t get past the orange splash screen. iPhone 13
Can not scan QR code
I bought this for the sale of tracking my dog and can not scan the code to allow me to add a pet! Very annoying! Looking to see if anyone found a way to add theirs?!
Scanning doesn’t work
Within the app you can’t adjust the focus on your camera so the tag you purchased can’t be added. Terrible app.
