App won’t scan tag
It’s a great concept but pretty useless if the app can’t even scan the tag to register my dog. I paid more than I usually would for this specific collar and leash just for this feature and yet it doesn’t even work. Will be returning.

Went to set it up and the QR code was already attached to another random cat in a different city. Reached out to the company with no response. Absolutely horrible product and embarrassing customer service. I just want my money back!

TERRIBLE APP
When I first got my kitten I bought this tag for her but she was too small to wear the collar. Now that it finally fits I tried to see if the scan would work and it did not! When scanning on camera and on the app nothing comes up.

I just got one of your collars out of my local pet stores in Armagh I set it up it took a few tries but I got it set up and my labsky pub loves it already
Doesn’t track in real time
I’ll be returning this product to the store as it dose not track in real time, as I require it to.
