Poor operation
You can only select one type of trouble ticket. “Routine” It make you feel like the maintenance crew has already decided every problem you have is routine. The tickets are closed prior to work being completed. The user can’t provide any feedback on the specific ticket they entered.SilverMac7718
Maintenance team is superb
The maintenance team here at Alexander Village Apts have been great and stellar for the past seven years. I have been a resident here. Bechard, Tony, and Julius have been a great asset to this community anytime I need them for maintenance.
