    Our app makes it so easy to submit payments and service requests. Glad we have this!
  • Poor operation

    You can only select one type of trouble ticket. “Routine” It make you feel like the maintenance crew has already decided every problem you have is routine. The tickets are closed prior to work being completed. The user can’t provide any feedback on the specific ticket they entered.
  • Maintenance team is superb

    The maintenance team here at Alexander Village Apts have been great and stellar for the past seven years. I have been a resident here. Bechard, Tony, and Julius have been a great asset to this community anytime I need them for maintenance. They are there most promptly they take care of my issues and never have to worry about not having the situation resolved. Thanks again for a great maintenance team.

    I love using the portal to pay my rent. It’s easy, simple, user friendly too.

    Can submit maintenance requests. See balance and check autopay. Does what it says. Nothing fancy about it but it just works.

    Much easier than going on my laptop and doing everything. Very simplified
