This app is trash. We paid for a monitor that we could use on our phones and a physical monitor. You can only have one user without paying extra which is not clear when purchasing. Then the app freezes and doesn’t reliably provide sound. The temperature is also *always* wrong which leads to unlimited notifications that it’s too hot or cold in the room. I had to turn the notifications off. To top it all off after paying for the second user, we were forced to update the app that now doesn’t work *at all*. I wish I could go back in time and purchase an entirely different system. Don’t waste your money.

App is disappointing

The camera has been great, but the battery life on the unit is awful. The app update has made the app unusable, not loading on any device. Please fix asap!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

Not only does this camera/monitor have the lowest amount of capabilities but the app NEVER WORKS! Even after the updated version the app still crashes and freezes and now is even more NON USER FRIENDLY! Purchase any other product but Chillax!!!!

Garbage, unrealiable

You can’t rely on this for kids monitoring, it keeps getting disconnected and the run in the background disconnects really easy so it’s very stressful, the quality of the image is good but software is really bad unfortunately we got 5 of this and won’t use it anymore. Don’t buy it.

Used to love the app before recent update

Twin mom here and I vouch for this camera in all my groups and to my friends. Love how there are two camera modes, the option to press diaper changes or milk on the monitor itself was amazing when they were little. However two days ago it forced me to update the app on my phone and now nothing on the app works. It’s always frozen, second baby can’t even be seen. I’m bumping my stars down from a 5 unfortunately until app glitches are fixed. Kind of very disappointed that everything was fine and working great until it forced me to update the app. Please fix asap

Constant freezes

After latest update app is constantly freezes , the video not loading most of the times, it takes around 30-60 seconds to load the first screen and after waiting it sometimes stock on loading and never loads or freezes

Not so great

I was drawn to this system for the fact that I could see my baby from my phone, however 9/10 times I’m met with “fun facts” or a spinning circle and not actually able to load the live feed. I have to completely close the app multiple times before I’m able to load the video. Rarely am I able to go back and watch any of the small video clips. I would say I could just carry the screen provided around the house with me, but the battery life is rather short on that as well. I’ll be looking for another video monitoring system.

Sometimes less is more

This app use to function great. Update after update it is now slower and slower and takes forever to just load the camera. The alerts have gotten slower to push through as well.

Greedy Company with False. Only works with 1 phone

Can't use this with my wife without paying for a stupid subscription even though it says you can have two users. This is false advertising and bad business practice, will be returning this ASAP. The app is buggy and slow too. Very disappointed.

Good not great

Purchased the premium hoping that it would help the freezing. Need to restart the app every time still. It can take a long time to connect also.
