When trying to login with my account, i am able to login but i can't go further than when you set your nickname and change the icon. It says that my nickname has already been put in but when i put the same one in i still can't get in. This makes things a bit difficult to doAudriana Geer
Game Centre access :(
As someone who has logged into Genshin impact via Game Centre I actually don’t know my password and I hope in the future you can add a spot down the bottom where Facebook, apple and twitter (I think) are. Genshin impact has the Game Centre spot down there and I think it’s honestly unfair for people like me to go though all this trouble for logging into an app that supports another app that has this feature while the supporting app doesn’t
I hope you fix this problem so again people like me who have logged in to Genshin with Game Centre can use this without going though the trouble and eventually failing to log in.

just got it today, but i’m loving it!
i honestly only got this game so i could get daily rewards for my newer account to help with leveling up, building characters, etc. but within the first few minutes it totally grew on me! both me and my brother are on it for more than the rewards on Genshin, but also for the fabulous fan art, which is either really good- so good it’s jaw-dropping!- or just absolutely adorable, the memes and any other fanfics there might be besides the Thoma&Childe one! (i loved that one btw Wind Traveler Jaime, if it weren’t for you i never would’ve fallen in love with ChiLumi and fall in love with Childe even more especially since my main is Lumine!!!) and the wallpapers that people make! i am very thankful for this app and glad i had the courage to ask my parents for it or else my life wouldn’t be the same!!! ❤️❤️❤️Show lessPantherstarofSkyclan
It’s good but I have 1 issue
HoYoLAB is amazing but I can no longer log into my acc because of the nickname thing I’m completely stuck out of my acc </3 I would love it if you were able to change are nicknames so I could finally get back in because I made my acc on a website aka the interactive map and I went to try and log in on the app and it wouldn’t let me in beside this the app is amazingShow lessmitsuki-something
Nicknames….
Overall, the app is very good and everything, but there are a few frustrating things, for example… Nicknames. I made an account through safari/google. I wanted my nickname to be Traveler or something like that. I logged in just to see my name be user_something. I want my nickname to be changed, but it doesn’t let me. Like please, Hoyoverse I might actually give it a better review if you can change your nickname system. PleaseShow lessmcyt_orphan

What’s wrong with my post?
My post have been deleted multiple times and these post have nothing wrong to them, I’ve been banned from posting for no reason and I feel that it’s unfair for deleting post. My post are the ones that people see and they enjoy my post and leave positive comments so I don’t understand what’s wrong, people like my post and HoYoLAB deleting them makes me disappointed that pictures or art contains “Copyright” when I clearly put the artist and we’re you can find them.Show lessWhy hoyolab :(
Fantastic app but,,,,
There is no support for iPad right now! The interactive map is super useful but kind of limited if I have to switch between using it and my phone at the same time.
Otherwise, am really enjoying the extra profile information you can see through linking mihoyo game accounts to the app, so thank you for the constant updates!Show lessjordnstrnd

It’s an amazing app that is very useful however the community is absolutely rotten. You can’t post anything without being hated on and the fact that this app allows this kind of treatment is horrible. It would be nice if you would do something about these trolls.Slothie playz
