HoYoLAB can u make an update where it doesn’t show the things u have already collected. Things like chests,occuli,crimson agates and shrines etc. pleaseKAJSOS7D

nice app, hoyoverse! but it's extremely slow and some things don't load properly. i have difficulty doing log ins and even posting as it says '(Character not found)' especially when i put in the correct server??? i've no idea how to fix this, i'm logged in and everything.denise 💞
Useless
It’s nice to get the community involved even with all the weird nerdy posts, but it’s a pointless app that really serves no purpose aside from daily checkin bonus.
The app features events with limited entries and limited timed events/codes (24-48 hours before it expires). Only few can participate for prizes, which is generally frustrating among the community due to limited entries and the large player base. Redeeming event gifts are controlled by bots, it’s nearly impossible to attain LIMITED number of gifts that Hoyo admin try to give out from the limited event.
Don’t waste your time, this app needs to be better given the large community. Hoyo needs to do a better job, stop being stingy not only with rates and prices, but with limited events and gifts. You’re wasting our time doing these events and getting nothing in return, because of limited amounts/entries available. Fun app, terrible explanation of rules and rules enforcement
I used HoYoLAB everyday. I really enjoyed the platform. However their rules and rules enforcement are ridiculous. I received two violations for copyright, with no explanation of what post was the violation or how it broke the rules. They have a three strikes rule. Three violations and you are permanently muted. My last violation said I was spreading leaked info, which I never did. Pretty ridiculous my account is permanently muted, with no way to have my violations reviewed or get a detailed explanation of how exactly I violated the rules. When you get a violation no one actually explains what post was problematic or how you broke the rules. You are just given a link to the generic rules page and told to review them.Show lessLambiri
Amazing, just a small problem
So I’ve had this app for a while, and it’s great. Allows fans to interact and share cool stuff like artwork. One problem though, is that I got Genshin Impact before the app, and have no idea how to link my Genshin account to my HoYoLAB account, which really stinks because I really want to be able to use daily check in and stuff. The app itself is awesome, just hoping this gets solved in the future. Thank you for the great games!Show lessSally3030
Actually fixed my largest gripe
Previously the app had been rather hostile to users, lowering the check-in feature constantly so that it would interrupt muscle memory and require extra clicks as it moved into the “more” menu. They seem to have fixed that, surprisingly. Kudos.
There remain some annoyances, like the pop-up ads at the beginning and the inability to turn off the annoying notifications and just have check-in ones, but they’re relatively minor compared to the shifting buttons.Show lessIncorrect Username
No tablet friendly
A large percentage of your player base in on tablet. In 2022 is unacceptable to develop apps which are not responsive across screens - even more so for a company which main focus is to look towards the future. How can we trust you to lead the way if you are not even up to par with the present?f_adri

Hi!! i am mushroom. and im somewhat new to this (ive been on the web for quite a while but didn’t post often) and im trying to do more events and post more but I want to say how useful this app is to anyone thinking about getting this app!
The community here is nice and there are so many kinds of posts. ranging from fanart to food to in-game guides, it’s easy to find a few topics you are interested in :)
the only hoyoverse game I play is genshin impact. I play everyday so the check ins are extremely helpful when I’m in need of primos/mora/food/level up mats.
it’s also nice to use the interactive map if for example you have one more mondstadt shrine of depths and you can’t find it, the map can help you a lot! one suggestion is that you can let players be able to see what they have already found on the map like oculi and shrines of depths :D
I found some bugs i the app but they might not really be the apps fault for example when I was doing the novice event and posted 3 times, I tried to get the reward but it said that it didn’t meet the requirements or something (?) I did claim it much later though (the app also lags a lot but that probably my device lol!)
...just realized how much I wrote so but if you read all of this congrats! I wish to get the artist badge soon and post fanarts more (and get kazuha!)

great app, but…
hi so it’s a great app and all, but i can’t log in with google account-which makes things very difficult. my genshin account was made via google login, and since it won’t let me login with google when i make a hoyoverse account i end up not being able to use features to help your genshin account such as the check in feature, teyvat diary, and much more. could you fix this please? maybe add an option to log in with google?
