Just need stricter and clearer rules on what’s appropriate to post. I see too much NSFW or borderline that kind of art (most of which is stolen) posted on this app. The rating is for 12+ but the inconsiderate people who post such pictures don’t care (seemingly thinking the world revolves around them and their standards).Show lessaphantasiac

Very well organized app for sure. Easy to access daily log in and keep up with the latest Genshin news and events.
Only problem is that there’s a lot of leakers in the community. If you’re someone like me who enjoys playing Genshin without spoilers than just stay away from this as much as you can and bookmark the daily check in through the browser.
I guess that would be my only suggestion. Please add an option to have censors for leak posts with tags so that it’s optional to get spoiled or not, similar to the official Genshin subreddit.Show lessFaithfully21
Should make another servers
Honestly it’s a great app and all, but HOYOVERSE should make another server/app for adults that’s trying to enjoy the community without annoying brat’s basically whining about everything.
Reason: why?, the Genshin/honkai community is literally one of the most toxic community I’ve ever seen, and the majority of them are literal kids or some deadbeat that has nothing else better to do then complain about pixels hurting their feelings, or making up some of the most diabolical ships ever known to men.
Ps: i would pay $20 a month if Hoyoverse do make another App/server for actual adults just trying to enjoy the game, { with actual age restrictions }Show lessYrx347
Annoying. Notifications are Overwhelming.
The only notifications i have turned on in the app is the daily check in notification. However, the app has the audacity to send me all of its other updates for various things, and it’s very annoying. The settings for the notifications don’t work, despite me checking it multiple times. My phone is being bombarded with constant irrelevant advertisements.
If you download this app, turn off notifications. This isn’t a very user-friendly setting. Otherwise, it does what it’s meant to do.Show lessArt🎨Music🎸Me📱
No iPad scaling
One of the most requested suggestions and yet it’s being ignored instead more bloat gets implemented into the app. Feels almost like AliExpress app. Lots of popup when opening the app, mini pop ups around the edge while browsing the app. All of these yet still no iPad scaling.Name_7284
Entertaining
HoYoLAB definitely keeps its app entertaining, users can post game related stuff, while they have mini events, getting rewards from here definitely isn’t the only thing, you can get information on game related stuff to. And the designs are perfectsweetish fish ~•
The online and web interaction isn’t very good
There are times where they have web events on this app exclusive to the app but oftentimes these are dependent on your connection speed on the internet which means bad internet bad experience. I’m often ignoring these events because of how laggy they are or how unresponsive they become which is unfortunate because these events give you in-game rewards but it only rewards those who use bots to fill the event to obtain more primos or those who pay more for significantly faster internet. My internet is OK, I stay under 100ms ping but I’m still not able to see les sly interact with web events such as the Hoyo Quiz.Show lessNo Default Nickname

No daily check-in?
I got this app specifically so I could do my daily check in for Genshin impact because I was not able to do it through the website it was glitching. Now it appears there’s no way to do it through the app at all. Earlier today it came up for me but it didn’t work it wouldn’t allow me to get my daily item. Now there’s no way to even pull up daily check in on the app, so it’s useless to meShow lessdasher RDavis
Good app but a few BIG issues
This is great app for anyone looking to get into the hoyoverse community but there are many dumb things I can’t wrap my head around. First of all they hold these “hoyo-quizzes” with amazing rewards but completely unreliable dates. You basically have to be using an auto clicker with one digit ping just to participate in the quizzes though because there are not nearly enough spots to fit over one million Genshin players.Show lessnot sayin anything
