Useless

As with others, the app doesn’t recognize my email address. I have a gotsport account I use on the computer all the time. But can’t even log into this app, making it useless. It wants me to create an account, but it doesn’t have my linked team.

Utterly Useless

It let me log on, and it shows me nothing. They give me no options. The customer support is completely inexistent.

Hello, The GotSport Team app provides team-based features and functionality. For example, creating recurring practice schedules, RSVP functionality, chat groups between coaches, managers, and parents, and more. We couple those features with integrated schedule and roster updates, so there is less work for you to manually enter data. The $99 price point for the whole team (Not per person) is comparable to other team apps in the market. Once this is purchased by one member of the team, the rest will have access at no cost. Problems

Nothing but problems with this app. Every year . The season is half way done by time it works correctly.

Immediately deleted

Current GotSport web app user for managing a team, which the app recognized, however it wanted me to purchase a $99/year subscription for the mobile app.

Hi Marc, Yes, you can use the mobile website at no cost. However, the GotSport Team app provides more team-based functionality. For example, creating recurring practice schedules, RSVP functionality, chat groups between coaches, managers, and parents, and more. All of the features listed above are found in the Team App, not the web-based tool which is why this is a supplemental paid product. I immediately deleted

I registered with my email. Then I downloaded the app and entered my email. Said email allegedly does not exist in their database. Wanted me to register. Deleted app. What even is this app for? Not sure why my team is using it. Why am I allowed to give it one star?

National Disgrace

Please, someone who has authority, disengage ALL clubs from this system. It's literally ruining everything, every season. What brilliant scientist thought to use this nationwide? What kind of thoughtless developers do you have? Did you ever hear a thing called customer service/support? We're dealing with children here, somebody better get this crap in order before legal proceedings begin. Another worm hack would be great!!!
